 Being Quiet Doesn’t Mean You’re Weak In this generation, the so-called Gen Z often thinks that giving back answers, responding to insults, or reacting to people talking about you is bold, confident, and smart. But in reality, at least for me, it has always been different. I feel like people who talk bad about you don’t really stand anywhere in your life. Most of the time, they don’t have anything meaningful going on, so they choose to talk about others. And honestly, responding to them only gives them what they want—your attention. Instead, I believe it’s better to ignore such things. Not reacting doesn’t mean you’re weak or that you agree with them. It simply means you don’t care about their opinions. Whatever they say is just their point of view, not the reality of who you are. When you truly understand your worth, you stop feeling the need to explain yourself to everyone.
